Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The Chianti Classico DOCG Berardenga from the renowned Tuscan winery Fèlsina is an excellent red wine produced from the vineyards of Castelnuovo Berardenga, south-east of the Chianti Classico production area. A wine that is a reflection of the company and the territory, whose first year of production dates back to 1967. Judged as an excellent wine by the prestigious Robert Parker guide, this red is the result of the vinification of 100% Sangiovese grapes. Chianti Classico DOCG Berardenga is the result of a harvest carried out in three stages, this is due to the different altitudes in which the vines are grown. However, the harvest always takes place within the first 3 weeks of the month of October, followed by a vinification in steel, after which between the months of March and the month of April this Sangiovese is transferred to medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels and a small part in second and third passage barriques, where it is aged for one year, after which the wine is blended and bottled. However, before being marketed it must still refine in the bottle for 3 months. The result is an intense red, with a good structure, a rich wine with good evolution, excellent drunk today, it becomes excellent after a long aging in the cellar.
