Description
Bourgogne Gamay AOC is a red wine extraordinarily rich in aromas, signed by the Louis Latour winery, one of Burgundy's historic companies. The denomination to which this wine refers is recently established, but has already seen some excellent expressions in terms of quality. Most of them were made by Louis Latour's Domaine, which has been producing this interesting red wine since 2011. It is obtained from the vinification of Gamay grapes, present for 85%, to which 15% of Pinot noir, the main vine of the region, is added. This wine is left to mature for 10 months in two distinct ways: one part in stainless steel tanks, the other in classic oak barrels. Bourgogne Gamay AOC, designed to envelop the nose and palate with the fragrance of its perfumes, should ideally be enjoyed when young or at the latest after a couple of years of rest in the cellar. Perfect for brightening up a convivial occasion.
