Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Bourgogne Tonnerre Blanc is a white wine signed by the French winery Dominique Gruhier. The wine comes from the Burgundian area of Chablis, whose soils are renowned for giving life to refined Chardonnays, the best in the world. The wine, in fact, comes 100% from Chardonnay grapes. Many of the peculiarities of the wine are owed to the characteristics of the soil. Just to give an example, the presence of clay gives it a truly delicate and silky character. As for the production process of Bourgogne Tonnerre Blanc, it is mostly fermented in steel, while another percentage ages in cask; in this way the wine signed by Dominique Gruhier is given creaminess and roundness. On the palate it is balanced, intense but elegant at the same time. To better appreciate it, it is recommended to taste it a few years after the year of production to ensure an ideal refinement of the olfactory and gustatory hints. So today it's ready.
