Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Bricco Quaglia Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a sweet wine with delicate aromas, produced by the Piedmontese winery La Spinetta . It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the native aromatic Moscato vine, which are mainly grown on the vineyard of the same name. The other plots are located about 300 meters above sea level near Mango. The soils of this area are characterized by the high presence of marl, sand and limestone. Thanks to these elements and to the southern exposure, the vines grow luxuriantly until the harvest with manual selection. Only the healthiest and ripest bunches make it to the cellar, where they are carefully destemmed. In line with the Charmat Method, all the vinification takes place inside the autoclave, both for the alcoholic fermentation and for the subsequent aging on the lees for about three months. Bricco Quaglia Moscato d'Asti DOCG is designed to be appreciated immediately, in order to fully savor the aromatic notes.
