It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Brolio Bettino Chianti Classico from the Barone Ricasoli winery is an elegant red wine produced in the Chianti Classico area. Made mainly with Sangiovese grapes, it also contains small percentages of other local grape varieties. The wine has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections and an aromatic bouquet of berries, spices and floral notes. On the palate, Brolio Bettino is soft and well balanced, with good acidity and a pleasantly persistent tannic structure. A wine with great personality and character, which pairs perfectly with meat, game and mature cheese dishes, an excellent choice for special occasions or to accompany a romantic dinner. This wine represents the excellence of the Tuscan winemaking tradition and embodies the passion and dedication that Baron Ricasoli has for the production of high quality wines.
