It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG of the Tuscan Casanova di Neri farm is an excellent red wine produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes. This Brunello White Label has been made by the cellar with the same and unmistakable style since 1978. A Sangiovese of thickness, for a typical wine that perfectly tells the love and passion for viticulture that has always animated the people of Tuscany. A successful red wine that has brought home several awards, including the 4 bunches Bibenda. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is the result of a manual harvest of the grapes, followed by a vinification in steel without the use of added yeasts, after which the wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels for a period of 43 months, then it is bottled, but before being placed on the market follows a further refinement of 6 months in the bottle. The result is an intense and complex red, a robust, perfectly balanced wine, a Sangiovese that stands out for its extreme elegance. Excellent drunk young and extraordinary left to rest in the cellar, where it can remain for more than 10 years.
