Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Pianrosso Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is an intense and fragrant red wine, made by the Tuscan winery Ciacci Piccolomini . It is obtained from the vinification of pure Sangiovese grapes, a red grape variety particularly representative of the territory. The plots are located approximately 300 meters above sea level. Here the vines have their roots in soils rich in marl, which allow the grapes to acquire a notable elegance. The harvest with manual selection of the best bunches is followed by rapid transport to the cellar. The grapes are pressed and left to ferment in steel tanks and cement vats at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts approximately 3 years and takes place in fine Slavonian oak barrels of various sizes. The wine further seals its aromas in the bottle for another 8 months. Pianrosso Brunello di Montalcino DOCG can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a careful rest of over 5 years in the cellar.
