Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a wine that is born in the Cupano di Montalcino cellar. The company, born about 30 years ago, is one of the most renowned in the area and follows the principles of organic farming. The grapes come from Sangiovese vines grown on soils exposed to the South/West, with a sandy, clayey matrix and rich in pebbles. Even the typically mild climate helps to give greater "expression" to the plants. After the harvest, which takes place in September, only the best bunches undergo spontaneous fermentation, in steel tanks, with the use of indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for a period of 3 years in French oak barriques, partly new and partly already used. Finally we proceed with the bottling and marketing. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a balanced and complex wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can also rest in the cellar for over 10 years before tasting.
