Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Bodega Alta Vista Cabernet Sauvignon red wine from the Bodega Alta Vista winery is produced using only fine Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The vines are located in the Argentine region called Mendoza and grow luxuriantly thanks to the perfect combination of microclimate and soil composition. This company has been operating for years in the oenological field, producing wines of exceptional quality, focusing on technological innovation in full respect of tradition. The production of Bodega Alta Vista Cabernet Sauvignon wine begins with the harvest, done only by hand and choosing the very ripe bunches. After a soft pressing and a short fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels before proceeding with refinement in the bottle. Properly aged, this wine is exceptionally robust and full-bodied, balanced and well structured, ideal for accompanying pleasant evenings in company, even with important dishes.
