'Capisme-e' Nebbiolo Langhe DOC Domenico Clerico 2021

The Nebbiolo Capisme-e wine from the Domenico Clerico winery is a typically Piedmontese wine produced from the youngest vines located in the Barolo di San Pietro cru. The name of this wine in Piedmontese dialect literally means: understand me, because Nebbiolo Capisme-e must be understood in its different facets. With a warm and persistent taste on the palate, decidedly overwhelming, the grape variety is 100% Nebbiolo. The harvest is manual, carried out in the first days of October, then the skins are fermented for 7 days and then there is aging in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10 months. The production philosophy is that of an independent winemaker, convinced that to produce great wines the vineyard must be raised with passion, love and dedication, establishing an intense bond with the land that allows us to understand the need for the vine at any time of the year . It must be said that this wine fully embodies the scents of the earth resulting in an excellent drink.
