'Castel Cerino' Soave Classico DOC Coffee 2020

Castel Cerino Soave Classico DOC is a white wine produced by the Coffele winery. This label is obtained from the vinification of grapes of the native Garganega vine, which are grown near the town of Castelcerino di Soave. On the vineyards, located between 150 and 400 meters above sea level, the vines sink their roots into soils of volcanic origin, capable of giving the grapes a marked minerality. The manual harvest takes place towards the beginning of October with selection of the healthiest and ripest bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed and then placed to ferment in temperature-controlled steel vats. In the same tanks the wine remains to refine for a few months, to then rest further in glass after bottling. Castel Cerino Soave Classico DOC can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a couple of years of careful storage in the cellar.
