It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The international Chardonnay vine is now a consolidated presence in the Terlano vineyards and is vinified every year even alone, as well as being included in the cellar's prestigious blends. The production is scrupulously followed with a manual harvest and selection of grapes. Delicate whole bunch pressing and racking by natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 5-7 months on the lees in steel barrels. The result is a wine of marked freshness and with a very interesting component of tropical fruits (typical of chardonnay) which make it combinable with various dishes, as well as being ideal as an aperitif and with fish appetizers.
