More than a century and a half of adaptation to a fertile land and a unique climate has produced wines of great quality. Civa, after careful cultivation and completed fermentation, brings the wine to remain on the fine lees for about 3-5 months. During this time the bâtonnage takes place. Before being bottled, the chardonnay is lightly filtered in order to respect its integrity. Therefore, it lies in the dark and silence of the cellar before being put on the market. Golden yellow color with greenish reflections, the scent is intense of ripe apple, citrus and vanilla well integrated with each other. On the palate, pleasant freshness integrated with sapidity. It has a good body and a broad taste-olfactory expression.
