The Chateau De Vaudieu Rouge, a still red wine produced by the Famille Bréchet winery, represents a valid example of the production of the Rhone valley. Obtained from a blend of Grenache (75%) and Syrah, two powerful vines that give very structured wines, this red boasts unique characteristics. The hills on which the vines stand are composed of red clay rocks and pebbles, which form an excellent geological environment to capture all the rainwater and nourish the plants to the fullest. In the cellar, the attention to quality is high: after a maceration with fermentation on the skins, the refinement phase lasts approximately eighteen months and takes place exclusively inside Burgundy wooden barrels. The result is a red wine that is already ready today, but which can evolve positively if it is tasted a few years after its bottling. The Chateau De Vaudieu Rouge has an excellent longevity, in fact it can rest up to ten years in the cellar, where it takes on increasingly complex scents.
