'Cinniri' Etna Bianco DOC Terrazze dell'Etna 2022

From the fairytale territory of Etna, recognized as a UNESCO heritage site since 2013, comes the Cinniri Etna Bianco DOC white wine of reference from the Cantina Terrazze dell'Etna . The young and already established winery cultivates its vineyards with passion and uniquely biodynamic methods. Terrazze dell'Etna exploiting the lava soils loaded with minerals, has achieved remarkable results highlighted by the awards obtained on several occasions. Do not underestimate the cool and rather breezy climate, with significant temperature ranges which therefore favors the creation of fine wines. Cinniri is obtained from 85% Carricante grapes, 10% Catarratto and 5% Minnella and is a wine to be drunk relatively young: it gives its best from three to four years of life. After vinification in steel silos, this white variety is left to mature for six months in the bottle. Cinniri is immediately drinkable with a dry and very soft taste at the same time, it tells the freshness and inimitable taste of its land of origin.
