Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, an unusual blend until recently, in Tuscany: a native vine and an "international". The meeting is perfectly fitting, the wine is surprisingly drinkable, versatile and pleasant thanks to the spicy contribution of one and the territoriality of the other. The short maceration on the skins allows to obtain a fresh, fruity wine, all in all easy and not demanding with an advantageous quality-price ratio. In the glass we find a ruby color with a frank and fragrant nose, marked by sweet sensations of red fruit and light spicy notes. Medium-bodied to the taste and great drinkability make it a very versatile wine from the point of view of pairing.
