'Costadolio' Merlot Rosato Veneto IGT Maculan 2022

The Costadolio Veneto Merlot Rosato IGT rosé wine from the Maculan winery is obtained from the exclusive use of fine Merlot grapes. The hills around the town of Breganze, in the province of Vicenza, welcome the vineyards located at an average altitude of 300 metres. The tuffaceous and volcanic soils, combined with particularly favorable microclimatic conditions, ensure the production of delicious grapes. For three generations, this winery has been attentive to the production of quality wines, perfectly combining experience and innovation. To produce the Costadolio Veneto Merlot Rosato IGT wine, each stage of the production cycle is followed with particular scruple. After the harvest, carried out when the bunches have reached the right ripeness, a soft pressing and a short cold maceration are carried out. Maturation in steel is then carried out before refinement in the bottle. Fresh and pleasant wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany a dinner.
