The Ribolla Gialla DOC Dei Nespoli Friuli Colli Orientali from the Ronc Soreli winery is a wine produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes grown on the hills on the border with Slovenia, in the small village of Novacuzzo in Prepotto, in the province of Udine. We are therefore in Friuli, one of the most famous Italian regions for the production of excellent white wines, and this Ribolla is no different. Vinified in steel for six months, it is a wine with a longevity of about 3 years. In 2016, the conversion to organic cultivation began for the Ronc Soreli winery, which has always been careful to combine modern and innovative production processes with the protection of the territory.
