'Dragon' Langhe Bianco DOC Luigi Baudana Vajra 2022

The Langhe Bianco DOC Dragon Luigi Baudana is a white wine from Vajra completely out of the classic schemes. Obtained from white grape varieties, not better specified by the winery, this white wine best represents the company's original approach. The grapes of distinct varieties are grown on the Baudana Estate and were conceived from the outset to be harvested, and subsequently vinified, jointly. After the harvest, the grapes are fermented for a maximum of fifteen days in vertically oriented steel tanks. Vinification also takes place in steel, a material that allows all the varietal notes of the grapes to be preserved, and lasts until spring, when the Langhe Bianco DOC Dragon Luigi Baudana is bottled. The result is a paradigm shift in viticulture, whose gamble is rewarded in the bottle. In fact, this white wine is a champion of freshness and versatility, ideal for a lunch with friends. It can evolve in the cellar for three or four years.
