The Duetto di Poli Jacopo is a package that includes a pair of bottles signed by the historic distillery, born in 1898. The contents of the Duetto include two "highlights" of the production of this important production reality. The two bottles, respectively of Sarpa di Poli and Sarpa Oro, constitute an excellent mix to try the products that manage to bring even the less passionate to the tasting of this wonderful distillate. The production process of both grappas adheres completely to artisan methods and involves distillation in copper pot stills, which are heated by steam.
