It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Fiorduva Furore Bianco Costa d'Amalfi Doc by Marisa Cuomo is a fine white wine obtained from the vinification of three varieties of native grapes, vines heroically grown on slopes overlooking the sea in the characteristic and fascinating landscape of the Amalfi Coast. The grapes are harvested by hand when slightly overripe and brought intact to the cellar where soft pressing is carried out, fermentation takes place in French oak barriques at a controlled temperature of 12 degrees for approximately three months. The result is an extraordinary wine with a bright golden yellow colour, on the nose hints of apricot, tropical fruit, white flowers and honey, an aromatic bouquet which in the mouth offers flavors of yellow pulp fruit, notes of citrus and raisins, a pleasant mineral note which completes a surprising balance of freshness and persistence. Marisa Cuomo's Fiorduva Furore Bianco Costa d'Amalfi wine has won numerous prizes and important recognitions over the years, and is the ideal choice in combination with fish dishes, shellfish, white meat and mature cheeses. Marisa Cuomo Winery combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern technology to produce high-quality wines.
