'Fontanasanta' Nosiola in Anfora Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Foradori 2021

From the experience of the Foradori winery comes Nosiola in Anfora 'Fontanasanta', a white wine with a strong character that represents the essence of the Trentino area. The Nosiola in Anfora 'Fontanasanta' takes its name from the homonymous native vine of Trentino, enhanced by this refined and high quality wine. The calcareous and clayey soils on which the vineyard sinks its roots give rise to grapes with very high potential, which are left to macerate for eight months in tinaja, a particular amphora from Spain to release the taste that distinguishes this white wine. This is followed by aging in acacia and oak barrels for four months before bottling. The Nosiola in Anfora 'Fontanasanta' is a refined and balanced wine, which pays homage to the vine from which it originates. Light and fresh, this white wine is soft on the palate and creamy at the right point, ideal to be appreciated on any occasion.
