Friulian Collio DOC Doro Princic 2021

The Friulano Collio DOC is a white wine produced in the Doro Princic cellar in Cormons. The company represents one of the historical realities of the Friuli area and is recognized and appreciated all over the world for its quality and excellence. The grapes come from Friulano vines grown on soils rich in Eocene marl of marine origin. The area is ideal for viticulture as it is protected to the north by the Alps and benefits from the favorable Mediterranean climate. The philosophy of the winery is to focus on the quality of the final product, therefore the vineyards have low yields. After the harvest we proceed to the soft pressing and then the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks. Aging always takes place in steel tanks on the fine lees for a period of about six months and finally bottling and placing on the market. Friulano Collio DOC is a rich and enveloping wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can evolve in the cellar for a few years.
