Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Sirch 2021

The Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is a wine that comes from the Sirch cellar in Cividale del Friuli. The company originated in the mid-1950s and, from generation to generation, has distinguished itself as one of the most important realities in the area. The grapes come from Friulano vines grown on hilly soils rich in marl and sandstone and favored by the temperate and windy climate of the region. The working phases are carried out respecting the ancient and artisanal methods. After the manual harvest, the destemming of the bunches takes place before the grapes are pressed. At the end of this procedure the static decantation and the fermentation in stainless steel tanks are carried out. The refinement lasts 8 months on its lees and finally the bottling and the subsequent marketing are carried out. Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali DOC is a delicate and enveloping wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can rest for a long time in the cellar before being tasted.
