Friulano Isonzo DOC Masut da Rive 2022

The Friulano Isonzo DOC is a wine that is produced at the Masut da Rive winery in Mariano del Friuli. The company, born at the beginning of the last century, is characterized by the meticulousness and care it dedicates to each crop, skilfully combining tradition and innovation. The grapes come from the vineyards of Friulano, an autochthonous grape, located on the typical soils rich in red clay and pebbles and favored by the temperate climate of the region. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the must obtained is subjected to static settling. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers followed by refinement lasting about 28 months, always in steel tanks. Finally we proceed with the bottling and marketing. Friulano Isonzo DOC is an enveloping and fresh wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but can evolve for a long time in the cellar if stored correctly.
