It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
Pino di Biserno Rosso Toscana IGT is a full-bodied red wine produced by the Livorno-based winery Tenuta di Biserno . It is the fruit of a blend that includes four international varieties: Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. On the vineyards composed of substrates with a high percentage of clay, the vines enjoy ideal conditions for development, also thanks to the proximity of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The ripest bunches are carefully selected during the harvest. The vinification begins with destemming and continues with a delicate pressing of the grapes. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, where the must remains for a month. The subsequent refinement involves the division into two lots. The first, which makes up 90% of the total, ages in oak barriques, while the remaining 10% in steel vats. Excellent immediately, Pino di Biserno Rosso Toscana IGT is a wine capable of reserving pleasant surprises after a further rest of over 5 years.
