Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

La Luna ei Falò Nizza DOCG is an intense and structured red wine from the Piedmontese cooperative winery Vite Colte . This label, with a literary name, is obtained only from grapes of the local Barbera variety. The plots on which the vines are located boast calcareous substrates and optimal drainage. These elements create an environment with enormous potential for the vines to thrive and develop healthy berries. When they reach a slight overripeness, the bunches are carefully picked and transported to the cellar, where a traditional vinification begins. The maceration on the skins lasts a couple of weeks. The malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation, which gives softness to the wine. For the refinement, the company uses French barriques, where the wine rests for one year and three months. La Luna ei Falò Nizza DOCG is a red wine for important occasions, which rewards those who wait, since it can evolve for up to ten years, if well kept.
