Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Young, pleasant, fresh, cheeky wine, produced with Pinot Bianco 50%, Sauvignon Blanc 30%, Chardonnay 20%. Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay come from the Mareit vineyard in Caldaro. This vineyard was planted in 2010 and the young vines in 2013 gave the first production. The Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Datumhof in Settequerce. The destemmed bunches were left to macerate for six hours in the press in order to draw aroma and structure from the skins. Fermentation took place in steel tanks, spontaneous without the addition of yeasts. During the six months of aging in contact with the lees, the aroma and taste were enhanced. Bright yellow with greenish reflections with a fruity aroma of quince, lychee and pink grapefruit, but also aromatic herbs. In the mouth we feel it a little savory, with incredible drinkability.
