Description

The Stipula of the Cantine del Notaio is a real gem: a Classic method produced in Basilicata from Aglianico del Vulture grapes, in addition with a rosé vinification. Definitely a pleasant rarity, given the fact that, as we well know, Aglianico is usually a tannic, austere wine of great lineage and which needs years of aging to give its best. Here the structure and strength of the vine are immediately noticeable, but accompanied by a finesse that you would not expect. It is clear that the volcanic environments where this sparkling wine is born contribute to the richness and intensity of this classic "sui generis" method. Recommended.
