It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

On the Lafóa vineyard, where the well-known Sauvignon Blanc of Colterenzio is already born, the winery has also planted some Cabernet Sauvignon vines, which have given life to this splendid expression of Cabernet. A vineyard that offers wines of unmistakable character, played on an important structure and a marked class. The Lafóa area, on the ridge between Colterenzio and Cornaiano, is ideal for viticulture due to its climatic conditions and has shown over the years that it knows how to give birth to some of the greatest South Tyrolean wines. The red Lafóa follows an aging in both new and used oak barriques for a duration of 18 months. A great South Tyrolean red that knows how to dare.
