It is the perfect goblet for rosé wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that is to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Description
The Rosé De Manincor Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Bio from the Manincor winery is a rosé wine that stands out for its biodynamic nature and its persistent structure. The best vineyards of the winery are located in Manincor and in the Seehof, Panholzerhof and Mazzon localities, facing south-east and overlooking the lake, at an altitude between 250 and 500 m asl. The generous sandy/clayey soils are mixed with calcareous debris and morainic deposits, physical and climatic characteristics particularly favorable to viticulture. Obtained from various grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Lagrein, Tempranillo, Syrah, this rosé is the fruit of the bloodletting of the best reds of the year. In this way the composition and character vary slightly from year to year. The fermentation took place in wooden barrels, partially spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeasts. During the five months of aging on the lees, the aromas, aroma and taste were enhanced. The Rosé De Manincor Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Bio is a rosé with a bright salmon red colour. Delicate notes of raspberries and cherries on the nose; intense and mellow on the palate, it persists for a long time in the mouth with its elegant acidity and a fruity and mineral aftertaste. It goes well with aromatic appetizers, baked or smoked fish and white or grilled meats.
