Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Les Romains Sancerre Blanc Vieilles Vignes is a white wine with a particular structure made by the Alphonse Mellot winery , located in the Loire Valley. The French maison, with ancient origins, today can count on vast estates and vineyards that contribute to the production of intense wines of excellent quality. This Sancerre, with AOC denomination, is made through the use of 100% Sauvignon grapes, obtained from vines of about sixty years of age. The vines are grown on clayey and rocky soils with south-east exposure, using only organic and biodynamic standard practices. Les Romains Sancerre Blanc Vieilles Vignes makes wine in oak barrels, then passes a period of aging on the lees of between eight and ten months. At the end of the production it results in a complex wine, of medium structure, with hints typical of the territory and ready to drink.
