Ziarù licorice liqueur is a fine quality alcoholic beverage made by the Tremontis company. Located in the heart of Sardinia, more precisely in the Oristano municipality of Paulilatino, it has been offering a wide range of distillates and spirits for over 20 years. The raw materials used for the production come mainly from the island and consist of water, various flavourings, sugar and obviously licorice extract. The end result is an alcohol with a rather low alcohol content, which however manages to envelop the palate by virtue of its various organoleptic nuances. Liquorice liqueur Ziarù manages to combine the alcoholic peculiarities with the particular qualities present in the licorice extract. More specifically, the spicy scents are worth mentioning, which well manage to tell the Sardinian spirit enclosed in the alcohol. Particularly recommended to best conclude an important meal, the licorice liqueur finds its maximum value if accompanied by a little ice. Alcohol is also indicated for informal meeting occasions, for example in case of going out with friends.
