Liqueur with Calvados 'Coeur du Breuil' Château du Breuil 70 Cl

From the fresh and green plains of Pays d'Auge, in Normandy, comes the Liqueur au Calvados Coeur du Breuil "Château du Breuil 24° 70 Cl", a complex but very elegant distillate. The château, now classified as a historical monument, was bought in 1954 by Philippe Bizouard, whose family specialized in the distillation of Calvados. Completely renovated by the new owner, the Château du Breuil currently boasts several cellars (called orangeries) which house the liqueur, obtained from the maceration and fermentation of apple juice, during the aging phase. The careful selection of the raw material and the processing of the fruit (the production steps have been jealously guarded for generations) are the basis of the quality of a good Calvados. The Liqueur au Calvados Coeur du Breuil "Château du Breuil 24° 70 Cl" undergoes a long refinement, which gives the distillate a strong character and an interesting complexity of flavors and aromas that evoke the green hills of Normandy.
