'Macon Verzé' Domaine Leflaive 2021

The Macon Verzé Domaine Leflaive white wine from the Domaine Leflaive winery is obtained using only the best quality Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located in the heart of Burgundy, one of the areas of excellence in wine production, where the limestone-based soils and optimal climatic conditions ensure perfect ripening of the fruits. For several years the winery has been engaged in the production of quality wines thanks to a biodynamic cultivation of the vineyard with the aim of protecting the territory and the final product. The production of the Macon Verzé Domaine Leflaive wine is treated in detail with the harvest that begins in late October when the grapes are ripe at the right point. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place in the traditional piéce and then continues with the maturation in wooden barriques and final refinement in the bottle. The result is an exceptional wine, fine and balanced, easy to drink, but also intense and persistent, which lends itself to being consumed in any circumstance.
