Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Malbec Toscana IGT signed by the Leuta winery is an elegant and balanced red wine, which is born in the Cortona area, in a small vineyard from which the Malbec grapes are obtained to be vinified alone. The specimens that are grown here are at least ten years old and extend over an area of just over one hectare, at almost 300 meters above sea level. The soil is made up of clay, sand and silt: these elements are found in the very articulated structural and sensory profiles of this wine. After a careful harvest phase, which aims to select only the best bunches, the vinification of Malbec Toscana IGT begins with a fermentation in steel during maceration on the skins which lasts for at least a week. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel and wood. Finally, the wine undergoes an aging process for one year in first passage barriques. Excellent immediately, it has the potential to evolve in the cellar for up to five years.
