It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Vermentino grapes, a vine that reaches excellent quality levels in Tuscany and Sardinia. After a careful harvest, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and left to ferment at a strictly controlled temperature. The refinement takes place directly in the bottle: the result is a white with strong notes typical of the vine, in which hints of the Mediterranean scrub can also be found.
