'Masetto Nero' Vineyards of the Dolomites IGP Endrizzi 2019

In the heart of Trentino, a land that has always been suited to viticulture, the Masetto Nero IGT is produced at the Endrizzi winery. The family boasts a very ancient history and, thanks to its prestige, has obtained considerable international recognition. The grapes come from the classic vines of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Teroldego and Lagrein, which find their maximum expression in this area with a predominantly continental climate and calcareous and acid soil. The harvest is carried out by carefully selecting the best grapes, following the traditional method and in full respect of the environment, the subsequent refinement takes place partly in barriques and partly in large barrels for about 18 months. Before being marketed, it needs a further period of rest in the bottle. Masetto Nero IGT is a well-structured and soft wine that is well suited for immediate drinking but which, thanks to its longevity, can rest in the cellar for a couple of years.
