It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC is a structured red made by Bruno Giacosa , a historic winery in the Langhe. This wine is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, grown in the owned vineyards between the municipalities of Barolo and Barbaresco. The company's approach is particularly respectful of the delicate local ecosystem and is aimed at preserving as much as possible the ideal conditions for the vines that characterize these hills. The harvest is preceded by a careful selection of the best bunches and in the cellar the work is carried out with the same meticulous dedication. After an initial alcoholic fermentation, which takes place exclusively in steel containers, the wine is left to age in large barrels for a year. Before being put on the market, Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC rests another five months in the bottle to further seal all its complex scents. Perfect to drink right away, it still boasts excellent potential for evolution if carefully stored in the cellar.
