It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC is a wine that is born in the Palladino cellar of Serralunga d'Alba. The main feature of the company is to combine tradition and innovation in order to produce a product that is able to best express the territory. The grapes come from the Nebbiolo vines, grown on soils exposed to the South/East of calcareous origin. The training system adopted is the simple Guyot one. After the manual harvest, the selected bunches are subjected to soft pressing and the must obtained is transported to steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place. The malolactic fermentation, on the other hand, is carried out in concrete tanks. The final refinement takes place in large French and Slavonian oak barrels for about 12 months, after which it is bottled and put on the market. Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC is a soft and structured wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can rest in the cellar for 3 years before tasting.
