Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Langhe DOC Nebbiolo , an excellent red wine produced by the Borgogno winery, comes from a selection of Nebbiolo grapes grown in the five most renowned crus owned by the company. This label represents a successful attempt to innovate the philosophy of this production reality in the Langhe, while remaining faithful to tradition. It is obtained from Nebbiolo grapes only, which reach the perfect degree of ripeness by virtue of the climatic conditions and the characteristics of the substrate of these hills. Work in the vineyard is limited to what is strictly necessary, so that the plants can grow in an optimal ecosystem. Once the bunches have been harvested with the utmost rigor, the grapes undergo traditional vinification. After maceration on the skins, the wine rests for a minimum period of ten months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Langhe DOC Nebbiolo is a wine for special occasions, perfect to be enjoyed after a few years of rest in the cellar.
