Nosiola Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Pojer and Sandri 2021

The Nosiola delle Dolomiti wine is among the classic vintage whites of the Pojer e Sandri winery, a production company of excellence in Trentino. An elegant wine, to be drunk a couple of years after the harvest, but which can present excellent results even after a longer ageing, equal to 5 or 10 years. After the harvest, the nosiola grapes that give life to Nosiola delle Dolomiti are processed in the absence of oxygen, a technique developed by the Pojer e Sandri winery which holds the patent. The end result represents a product of great refinement, a particularly fresh white that is well suited to any occasion. A product that represents just one of the many successes of the winery which, by combining tradition and innovation, shows that it is able to make the most of the peculiarities of its production area, between the Valle dell'Adige and that of Cembra, giving life to a wine of great balance.
