Bright purple-red color with a purplish foam, it offers the nose a whole spectrum of varietal aromas, from pomegranate to rose, from violet to berries, with hints of aromatic herbs, cloves and cinnamon in the background. The taste is creamy, fruity and with the right flavor, incredibly easy to drink. Excellent with tortellini and mixed boiled meats, it is perfect as an aperitif, with first courses with meat sauce but also with bread and mortadella!
