Description

The Emilia Lambrusco Rosso Frizzante IGT Otello Nero di Lambrusco wine produced by the historic Emilian Ceci winery is a high quality product; not surprisingly, in fact, it is considered the most important masterpiece of this famous winery. Precisely this sparkling red wine has brought home several national and international awards, including the Grand Gold Medal at Vinitaly in 2015. It has always been considered a second-class grape, with Ceci the Lambrusco variety, thanks to careful cultivation and a capable winemaking, gets the limelight. The result of grapes harvested in the first days of October, the Lambrusco Rosso Frizzante IGT Otello Nero di Lambrusco is the result of a maceration on the skins which takes place at a low temperature and lasts 5-7 days. The product is a structured sparkling wine, an absolute excellence that immediately emerges when tasted for its great personality and aromatic complexity. This Lambrusco is a highly drinkable wine; engaging and with a good persistence, it is characterized by its freshness and its elegance.
