'Perda Pintà' Granazza Barbagia IGT Sedilesu 2019

The Perda Pintà Granazza Barbagia IGT is a wine that is born at the Sedilesu cellar in Mamoiada. The family-run company boasts very high production standards, thanks to the care and commitment of its owners. The grapes come from the Granazza vines, grown on lands of granite origin, located at 600 meters above sea level and trained with the sapling system. The production philosophy is biological in nature, therefore the use of any intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar is prohibited. After the manual harvest we proceed with the soft pressing and the separation of the must from the skins. Subsequently, spontaneous fermentation takes place in barriques, while the refinement lasts 16 months and always takes place in barriques. Before being put on the market, the wine needs a rest period of 3 months in the bottle. Perda Pintà Granazza Barbagia IGT is an enveloping and delicate wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for up to 5 years.
