Pinot Grigio Collio DOC Doro Princic 2021

Pinot Grigio Collio DOC is a savory and mineral white wine, made by the Doro Princic winery, a production reality capable of paying homage to the authentic character of this suitable territory. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes, a variety that stands out for its reflections that tend towards pink. The owned plots arise on the typical Collio substrate, consisting of a mineral composition that allows the grapes to acquire great finesse. To preserve the ecosystem, the company limits the interventions up to the moment of the harvest with manual sorting. Once in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and subsequently fermented in modern stainless steel tanks. In the same containers the wine rests in contact with the lees, for at least six months, until bottling. Excellent immediately, Pinot Grigio Collio DOC boasts good potential for further evolution for a couple of years, stored in the cellar.
