Spumante Cuvee Brut Classic Method Terraces of Etna 2019

The classic method sparkling wine "Cuvée Brut" expertly vinified by the Terrazze dell'Etna winery, is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes that grow on the slopes of Etna between 750 and 950 meters above sea level. The volcanic environment and the lava soil, in a warm but breezy climate characterized by a considerable temperature range between day and night, are the precious ingredients of this truly exceptional terroir. It is from this wonderful context that the Classic Method Blanc de blancs of the cellar is born, arranged on pepitres, it rests 36 months on the lees and the disgorgement takes place ... by hand!

Pale straw yellow with green-gold reflections with fine and persistent perlage.

Elegant and fragrant on the nose, with hints of white-fleshed fruit, exotic and citrus, where the decisive imprint of the yeasts brings us back to toasted bread, without neglecting a flint-like minerality.

Great elegance and finesse also to the taste, soft and well balanced as well as characterized by excellent freshness and light sapidity, a surprising sparkling wine whose always pleasant sip makes it particularly satisfying.
