Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva DOC Cantina Rotaliana 2019

The Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva DOC is an elegant red of great class, made by the Cantina Rotaliana . Born in the vineyards of the localities of Pasquari, Novali and Pozze, from grapes of the same name in purity. The vines are trained with the double pergola system, on soils rich in sand, gravel and pebbles. The harvest is done with manual methods and "falls" around the end of September. The grapes undergo fermentation in steel tanks. Then follows the refinement in French oak barrels for at least 1 year. At the end of this period, the wine is transferred to the bottle for further rest which can last up to 6 months. Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva DOC Cantina Rotaliana is a great red with a marked tannic note which, if consumed immediately, gives considerable complexity, elegance and richness. On the contrary, if left to age for a few more years in the cellar, it is capable of surprising with greater roundness and great finesse.
