'Tuderi' Romangia IGT Dettori 2019

The Tuderi of the Dettori estates is a red high expression of the Sennori area. A wine that is not a fashion, but that is the memory of the teachings of the elderly, who have always known the vineyards and who have wisely handed down their knowledge of winemakers, the same that well represents this winery that adheres to the Triple A production philosophy Tuderi is an artisanal wine, a natural red with no added sulphites. A real pearl, the result of traditional cultivation and mostly manual processing that does not follow predefined calendars. Produced with pure Cannonau grapes from centenary vineyards, this wine is the result of a vinification in cement with indigenous yeasts, without clarification and without filtration and of an aging in cement and in the bottle. An exceptional Cannonau Romangia IGT, a full-bodied, very intense wine for an engaging red that well narrates the essence of a unique, original and inimitable land, Romangia, a small geographical area to which the Municipality of Sennori and that of Sorso belong . Excellent drunk in the year of production, this wine presents an interesting evolution if left to rest in the cellar, where it can remain for more than 7 years.
