Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Vanotu Barbaresco DOCG is an elegant and structured red wine, made by the Piedmontese winery Pelissero . It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the prized native Nebbiolo vine, which are grown on soils with a high percentage of limestone. The owned plots face south and are characterized by a very favorable microclimate which allows the 60-year-old vines to grow luxuriantly. Once fully ripe, the healthiest bunches are selected and harvested manually. In the cellar, the vinification involves the use of modern techniques during the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. This is followed by the long refinement of over a year and a half, which takes place in oak barriques, of which 20% in the second or third passage. The wine then rests for another 8 months in glass following bottling. Excellent to be tasted right away, Vanotu Barbaresco DOCG boasts a good potential for further evolution that can exceed 10 years.
